![]() Although the movie is not perfect it has some issues, these being an unentertaining climax, a weak performance from "Keanu Reeves" and a weak death. If you are a person who enjoys 1990's Action movies then I recommend you watch "Point Break" as it has a great plot, thrilling scenes mixed with amazing music. The late "Donald Peterman" filmed "Point Break" exceptionally using no close ups or shaking the camera. In past "Mark Isham" has created thrilling and exciting music for his films and "Point Break" is no exception. It's been 24 years since the 1991 film 'Point Break' hit theaters and now fans get to relive all the action in the newly released 'Point Break' remake trailer before the film hits. "Reeves" gives the audience a calm performance instead of a strong and angry performance, as he should. It doesn't feel like "Keanu Reeves" is truly giving one hundred percent to his role as "Utah". "Keanu Reeves" isn't one of "Hollywood's" best actors in fact he receives a lot of hate for this. The film's climax is actually disappointing as it is unentertaining due to the unsatisfactory justice of the antagonist. The action sequences are extremely entertaining to watch, they make it look like "Utah"" is truly about to get hurt. Agent goes undercover to catch a gang of surfers who may be bank robbers. Throughout the movie it shows "Utah" and "Pappas" busting big criminals. Heroes grant shit like +2 attack, +1 movement and so on. Upgrading for maximum price makes only sense if you got heroes in your units. Which is ok since you will be forced to upgrade your Pz4 and Messerschmidt 109 from 1941 to Panthers and Me 262s. Pisses me insanely off.Īnd you get 20000 when you start USA. There are some kind of criticals which can turn a predicted 1-4 attack in your favor into a 5-0 against you, without even rugged defense. Shows everything, attack, defense, intiative and so on. There is a complete break down of an attack if you click ctrl-left click while attacking. ![]() Youd have to consider though that this is for the 39-45 campaign.Ĥ3-45 Western front might be much harder. I had 7000 prestige at the green Rush to Moscow, with an army that would not fit the maximum units limit. Might have tried those LARP difficutlties. I am not gonna play this shit for years now. Its not as pretty as PG2 since the maps in PG2 are godlike.ĭid I oversee it? Fuck. They have a "Library" with pretty watercolor pics of the tanks in 3 point perspective and less pretty ones from 3d models. Map is zoomable but only in fixed amounts and the next zoomed out level from the screen above is already way to far and the picture gets blurry. If its in a city with full action points, you embark and move to a city anywhere on the map connected by rail and disembark the next turn. You can also move a unit, de-select it without attacking and attack later. I lost 2 planes over Norway moving to a white point and than suddenly, the next turn, the plane had everything in red around him and no airfield in range. You get white points over hexes where you can supposedly safely move and still get back to an airfield. The range indication for planes is strange. On a "amusing" note they let you upgrade a Pz38t to a Pz3 despite different chassis. The sfx for shooting and moving is solid but it certainly cant live up to my burned in nostalgic memories soldiers marching or dying.Ĭant upgrade your Pz1 to Pz2 but you can upgrade Pz2 to Pz2B or similar. There seems to be no option to skip the shooting animations. The one left is Field Marshal which I might try in a few years. "General" difficulty is too easy for what I expected from General. ![]() I cant pinpoint it right now how to quantify it but they do. Well, its not bad but its worse than PG1 or 2 even. Readability is bad for some units like the soldiers on grass in the screen above. Core units that travel with you throughout the campaign gaining experience and that can be upgraded as new weapon technologies become available. Depending on the outcome of each battle (decisive victory, marginal victory or defeat), the player will be faced with different challenges and a progress along different parts of the campaign tree Nations: all major and many minor nations represented: Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Great Britain, USA, USSR, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, Albania, Romania, Greece and more. Similar schemes will be launched in Tonga and Vanuatu later this year, followed by Solomon Islands and Samoa in 2023. The pilot phase in Fiji has seen 1,388 households sign up for the scheme, and the aim is to onboard a further 4,000 before the start of the 2022 cyclone season in November. Payouts are triggered based on pre-determined events, such as a minimum level of rainfall or the strength of a cyclone, with no need for verification of losses. This product offers combined coverage against high wind and heavy rainfall related risks, with maximum payouts of up to $2,000 at a premium of 10% per annum. Our Pacific Insurance and Climate Adaptation Programme recently launched the Pacific’s first climate and disaster risk parametric micro-insurance. ![]() ![]() These features improve transparency, help avoid disputes, and can reduce costs. ![]() There is no need for individual loss assessment, as there is with indemnity insurance. With index insurance, payouts to the insured are triggered by a predetermined index that is used as a threshold, and the amount of the benefit is also determined by the value of the predetermined index. Index insurance offers opportunities to solve some of these issues. When disaster inevitably strikes, the most vulnerable often do not have the means to financially cope and are pushed further into poverty. This means that in a region highly vulnerable to natural disasters, most people lack the financial protection insurance provides. Product distribution channels are also not accessible to consumers who live, for example, on remote islands far away from the insurance branches located in urban centres. In the Pacific, indemnity products are not priced for mass market consumers and mainly cater for high-income groups. Indemnity products typically insure against physical losses such as house fires or car accidents, and payouts are made after damage assessments are carried out. These markets are currently dominated by indemnity-based insurance products. Samoa, at 21%, fares better than its neighbours but in Vanuatu coverage is only 5%. A survey in Tonga in 2014 produced similar findings: only 13% of Tongans have access to any form of insurance. Fiji’s 2020 Financial Services Demand Side Survey showed that only 15% of adults have access to some form of insurance. Several challenges need to be addressed for the growth and development of insurance industries in the Pacific. Traditionally, insurance access in the Pacific has been confined to medium- to high-income level urbanites, but now there is a move to embrace low-income rural dwellers as well. In May, the Pacific Islands Forum’s Acting Secretary General, Dr Filimon Manoni, spoke about the need for ‘fit-for-purpose’ disaster risk financing instruments to help Pacific islanders better cope with natural disasters, with parametric (or index-based) insurance proposed as one potential solution. It has resonance across the region as indications emerge of a vibrant insurance movement, driven by growing interest from insurance companies to explore mass markets, as well as support from governments and central banks. Our new report – ‘Index insurance best practices for insurance regulators and practitioners in the Pacific Island countries’ – is important for insurance stakeholders in the Pacific and beyond. ![]() |
